Privacy Policy
Al Basmah International Shipping privacy policy: what data we collect and why, how we protect it, and your rights.
Data we collect
We collect only what you enter in the site forms: name, mobile number, shipment details and notes, plus whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, carry out the shipment, contact you about it, and prepare the documents needed for shipping and clearance.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with the carriers, customs brokers and customs authorities handling your shipment, or when a competent authority requires it.
How we protect it
Requests are kept in a protected dashboard, with access limited to the team responsible for shipments.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as saving your checklist progress on your own device.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
