Services
We provide shipping from the UAE by land, sea and air, car and furniture shipping, packing, customs clearance and storage before shipping.
Quotes
The quote is based on the information you give about the shipment. If the volume, contents or destination differ at pickup, the price may change after you are informed.
Contents and documents
The sender must describe the contents accurately and provide correct documents. Delays caused by missing papers or a wrong description are not the carrier's responsibility.
Prohibited items
Flammable or hazardous materials and anything prohibited in the UAE or the destination country may not be shipped, and we may refuse any non-compliant item.
Transit times
The transit times we give are estimates and may be affected by border and customs procedures and circumstances beyond our control.
Customs duties
Duties and taxes in the destination country are paid according to its rules and as agreed in the quote.
Damage and claims
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt, and claims submitted with photos shortly after delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
