We start by emptying the wardrobe completely, then lift the sliding doors out of the top track and swing them out at the bottom. The top and bottom tracks are unscrewed and wrapped together. A mirrored or glass door is wrapped in bubble film and placed in a flat carton with cardboard corners, marked “Glass – carry upright”. Then the shelves, drawers and handles come off, followed by the sides, top and back. Each panel gets a number in marker on masking tape, and the same number appears on a simple sketch we send you as a photo on WhatsApp.

This is the most important step of the whole job.
